Vix Lowthion, Green Party spokesperson for education, will be visiting Winchester on Friday 10th May, presenting the SE Greens manifesto, answering your questions and participating in discussions about what climate emergency means for Europe and how we can work together to find solutions.
MEP’s are elected under proportional representation, which means that every Green vote in the European elections counts and tactical voting is not relevant. The South East Green Party will use these democratic and proportional elections to stand up for free movement, climate action and for the rights of all Europeans.
The Greens are the largest UK remain party in the European Parliament and the most credible option for those who want to remain in the EU through a people’s vote. Caroline Lucas’ leadership on this in the House of Commons has changed the course of the debate.
Everyone is welcome on 10th May to come and find out more about Greens in Europe, as they continue to lead the way on the issues that matter, including; tackling inequality, fighting climate change and celebrating freedom of movement.
