Isle of Wight training

The Isle of Wight Green Party did very well in the General Election and is poised to start an active Target to Win campaign for the county elections in 2017 and the next General Election. It has organised a session on October 17th for activists, focusing on targetting to win and keeping those who joined in the Green Surge.

Green Party of England and Wales trainers Louise Venn, Senior Local Party Development Officer, and Chris Williams, West Midlands Regional Co-ordinator and one of the Target to Win Manual authors, will be in Newport on the Isle of Wight to train local members on Saturday the 17th October. Topics will include how to make the most of the Green Surge in membership, and how to win Council elections. Booking is essential for this event, as places are limited; please make contact with the Isle of Wight Green Party to reserve your seat. A donation of £10 per person to cover the trainers' expenses is requested, but please let us know if this is unaffordable.

The contact is Daniel James, the Isle of Wight Greens' co-ordinator.
