Right now local Green Parties are rushing to select candidates for the snap General Election on 8 June 2017. As in 2015, we want to have a Green candidate in all 84 constituencies in South East England.
Each constituency needs £500 for the deposit needed to stand in the General Election. If our candidate gets 5% or more of the votes in an election, the deposit is returned.
There are many small local parties in the SE struggling to raise £500 for a deposit.
Please help make it possible for everyone in the SE to vote for a Green future.
We are issuing deposit bonds. You give money to cover the cost of some deposits. After the election you can claim back your share of the returned deposits. So you can get some of your donation back.
